You will receive weekly invoices, with each site’s invoice provided separately. For your convenience, shunters’ and drivers’ timesheets can be included with the invoices upon request.

Your team can easily request additional personnel or reduce shunting capacity by submitting a written or emailed request to our Dispatch team. To ensure smooth operations, a two-business-day notice is required for any extra units needed at a site, allowing us to accommodate seasonal or fluctuating volumes effectively.

If your shunting needs are flexible, your team is required to provide a written or emailed schedule of driver requirements on a weekly basis.

Quick Moves Company is committed to transparency and will provide:

• Monthly financial reports detailing all costs

• Weekly breakdowns of expenses

• Extra tractor charges (if applicable)

Additionally, Quick Moves Company will not charge any downtime fees due to plant shutdowns, truck repairs, or breakdowns.
