Driver training

All drivers at Quick Moves Company are experienced AZ drivers with a minimum of 2 years of shunting experience and a clean safety record.

Before operating independently in shunt yards, every driver undergoes a comprehensive orientation and on-site training program to ensure they are fully prepared for the job. Safety is our top priority, and any safety violations are closely monitored, recorded, and addressed immediately with corrective measures.

To ensure uninterrupted operations, our team includes qualified and trained backup drivers who can reach any of your sites within 1 hour to cover for a driver’s illness or emergency. Backup drivers will also receive on-site training to seamlessly cover for a driver’s vacation. All drivers are required to provide a 2-week notice for vacation requests, except in cases of emergencies.

For added security and accountability, all drivers carry Quick Moves Company Identification Cards. Additionally, a Senior Operations Manager conducts weekly driver performance reviews and equipment inspections on-site to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
